If you are unable to read the E-Book after purchasing it or encounter any difficulty while reading the E-Book, we will refund you the entire amount within 30 days of reporting the problem.

In order to get a refund, you will have to report the problem to us through our “Query Submit” button, which is on the top right side of our webpage.

Once the query is received, we will try to sort out the problem and will try to fix it as soon as the problem is reported.

If the problem persists, then we will take measure to refund the entire amount to your bank account through the channels that you have used for purchasing the E-Book.

If the problem is resolved and you are able to read the E-Book, then no refund will be initiated.
