Terms And Conditions

For using Show Talent^TM, the user or the account holder has to abide by the following terms and conditions:

The user will not post any Content that has abusive language, vulgar and obscene material.
The user will not post anything that will promote the consumption of Alcohol or any other narcotic and tobacco.
The user will not post anything or react to any other Content in a manner that discriminates people for their origin, colour, political affiliation or religious identity.
The user will not copy any Content of a third party without acknowledging the source of the material.

The user has to take note of the following rules for posting Contents in Show Talent^TM:

Show Talent^TM team has no liability over the Content once it is published. The user is solely liable for any Opinion/Comment/View expressed in the Content that will be published by Show Talent^TM .
While judging amongst Top Talents, Show Talent^TM team will make the final decision.
Show Talent^TM team reserves the right to block, withheld or delete my account for any reason without providing any valid explanation.

Using this portal indicates that you accept these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this online portal.

About Us

www.showtalent.org is a new generation portal for promoting talents. Our Trademark is Show ^TM. This portal is owned by “IFD Publications Limited”, a company incorporated under the laws of Bangladesh. In this portal, users will be able to create user accounts, crate own profile, and upload newslinks, write opinions, upload images and videos and relevant links, write and sell E-Books, upload classifieds, and post advertisements. Users will earn points depending on the quality of Contents.

Fees for Contents

Show ^TMTM does not charge any fee for posting any Content by the users. There is also no fee for posting classifieds. For publishing E-Books, Show Talent^TM may charge fees depending on the services provided, such as, cover page design, editing and proofreading, etc. No charge will apply if the uploaded/written E-Book is ready for publication. If the E-Books are later selected for paperback publications by IFD Publications Limited, then additional fees may be charged depending on the quality of the publication.

Once the E-Books are published by Show Talent^TM, the Books can be sold to the viewers in exchange of a price. In this case, Show Talent^TM will deduct a certain percentage from the author for using the portal for marketing his/her E-Book. The terms and conditions for selling E-Books through Show Talent^TM will be governed by an agreement between the author and Show Talent^TM.

E-Books should be original works of the author and any use of external material/information will have to be properly acknowledged and proper references have to be provided. Plagiarism of any sort will not be tolerated at any cost.

For posting an advertisement in Show Talent^TM, the user will have to provide Show Talent^TM certain charges on the basis of either the duration of the promotion or any other parameter as determined by Show Talent^TM.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh
